This came from our local newspaper. It's easy to whip up and super tasty.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
3 ounces green olives, chopped
1/2 cup celery
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup shrimp
1 cup crab
2 tablespoons cream
4 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
chow mein noodles (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine the first seven ingredients. Mix together cream, vinegar and mayonnaise, then add to the previous mixture. Let refrigerate for 2 hours. Pour over chow mein noodles (optional) and mix together. Serve on lettuce leaf with garnish.
