I found this and just can not wait to try it out!
Ingredients:
1 package won-ton wrappers
1 16oz package of cream cheese
1 can of crab meat
1 can of water chestnuts
1 bunch green onions
Directions:
1. Let cream cheese sit to room temperature, then mix with drained crab meat.
2. Chop up drained water chestnuts and green onions, add to mixture.
3. Beat until smooth.
4. Using a small spoon, put enough of the crab mixture into a won-ton wrapper that you may still be able to fold the won-ton in two making a triangle, and sealing the edges with water.
5. Bring the points of the wrapper together.
6. You may bake or deep fry these.
7. If deep frying, fry in a deep fryer until a golden brown.
8. If baking, also cook at 400F until you see a golden color.
9. Serve with duck sauce.
