Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine cheese and meat
  2. Add remaining ingredients, one at a time , up to won ton wrappers
  3. On a flat surface lay 1 wrapper , with 1 point facing you
  4. Add 1 tsp. of filling and spread left and right towards points
  5. Wit edges and fold to form a tri-angle,press edges to seal
  6. Keep finnish rangoons covered with a damp towel
  7. Heat wok or skillet with enough oil to deep fry- temp should be 360*-375* F.
  8. Carefully slide rangoons into oil ,don't over croud, and cook for 3 minutes, turning once.remove with slotted spoon and drain
  9. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce or chinese hot mustard
