Crab Meat Strudel

Ingredients:
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup shallot, diced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 lb cream cheese
1 teaspoon thyme
6 sheets phyllo dough
salt and pepper, to taste
3 lbs lump crabmeat
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Sauté shallots, onions and mushrooms in clarified butter.
2. Add crab meat, spices and cheese.
3. Cool down with heavy cream.
4. Spoon into small individual 8 oz casserole dishes and top with phyllo dough wrinkles.
5. Brown in a 350 degree F oven for 7 1/2 minutes.
