CRAB MEAT DELIGHTS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Brady Estate in Fate, Texas in 1992. Ingredients:
8 ounces cheddar cheese spread |
8 tablespoons butter melted |
1 pinch garlic |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
8 ounces crab meat |
6 english muffins |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except muffins.
2. Cut muffins in half and spread crab mixture over each muffin.
3. Arrange on flat baking sheet then bake at 400 for 10 minutes then quarter and serve.
