Ingredients:
12 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
1.5 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
12 ounce(s) fresh or canned crab, flaked
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 pinch(s) salt & pepper
1/4 cup(s) shallots or green onion
3 tablespoon(s) white wine
1 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. whip cream cheese, garlic, wine, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire together until well blended
2. stir in crab meat, onions, salt & pepper
3. refrigerate 1 hour before serving - serve with assorted crackers and toasts
