Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon(s) hot sauce
1/2 cup(s) low fat sour cream
1/2 pound(s) lump crabmeat
8 ounce(s) non-fat cream cheese
1/8 teaspoon(s) paprika
1 tablespoon(s) prepared horseradish
2 tablespoon(s) reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 cup(s) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon(s) skim milk
1/2 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 8 ingredients. Process until smooth, scraping side of processor bowl once. Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in Cheddar cheese and crab. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with paprika; serve with unsalted crackers or breadsticks. Yield 3 1/2 cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon)
