Crab Crostini With Truffle Oil

Another recipe I tried to recreate at home. I first had this at a winery reserve room in Sonoma. Great with bold chardonnay!
Ingredients:
16 oz - crab meat (flaked)
mirco-greens or arugula
stracchino cheese
truffle oil
crostini
chives
Directions:
1. With a fork cream together the flaked crab meat and stracchino cheese until well blended.
2. Add a few drops of truffle oil to taste.
3. Put about 1 tbs on top of each crostini, sprinkle with chives and micro-greens.
4. Serve warm or cold.
