Crab & Corn Chowder

Crab and sweet corn make a lovely combo!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 c green onion, chopped
2 c corn
2 c nonfat milk
2 c fat free chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/3 tsp thyme
5 oz nonfat evaporated milk
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 c mushrooms, chopped
1/2 lb crab meat
Directions:
1. Saute green onion in olive oil.
2. Add next 7 ingredients, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
3. Mix evaporated milk and cornstarch. Add to soup and cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Soup should thicken.
4. Add crab and mushrooms. Heat through. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
