Ingredients:

  • 4 cups crabmeat
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cups egg beaters
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Mix gently.
  2. Form 1/3 cup cakes,
  3. Dip in bread crumbs,
  4. Allow to sit 15 min if possible
  5. Either spray with Pam and broil or
  6. Fry 4 min each side in 1/4 inch of hot oil
