Crab And Shrimp Ceviche

The addition of applewood smoked sea salt really adds an extra punch of flavor to this ceviche. Great for a light snack or can be made into a meal. It's great served with your favorite hot sauce and tostados.
Ingredients:
16 oz imitation crab meat - shredded
16 oz shrimp (ready to use, devined)
3 roma tomatoes - diced
1 red onion - diced
1 bunch cilantro - diced
2 avocados - peeled, seed removed and diced
6-8 limes - juiced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon applewood smoked sea salt
12 teaspoon white pepper
1- 14oz bag tostados
1 bottle favorite hot sauce (ex: valentinas)
Directions:
1. 1.Shred crab meat in bowl. Add shrimp, chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, garlic powder, both salts, white pepper into bowl and combine. Pour juice of limes over mixture evenly. Mix throughly.
2. 2.Refridgerate for 2-4 hours. Before serving dice avocado and add to mixture. Serve with your favorite hot sauce and tostados.
