Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
4 cups whole kernel corn
4 cups creamed corn
1 quart half and half
1 quart heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons white pepper
1/2 pound medium shrimp
8 ounces jumbo lump crab meat
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. saute onions in butter
2. add flour and corn
3. cook 5 minutes
4. add cream and shrimp
5. cook on medium for 20 minutes
6. add parsley and crab
7. cook 5 minutes
