Cowboy Barbecue Sauce

The following makes about 6 pints of BBQ Sauce. Make early in the year, and use all summer. Makes a nice gift also!
Ingredients:
28 ounces heinz ketchup
12 ounces chili sauce
1/3 cup dijon mustard
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup steak sauce
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 (12 ounce) can beer
3 garlic cloves (crushed, not sliced)
Directions:
1. Bring all ingredients except garlic in sauce pan and heat to a light boil.
2. Remove from heat and cool.
3. Add garlic and stir well.
4. Pour into pint jars to store.
5. Can be kept for several weeks in the fridge, for longer storage, freeze in freezer.
