AUNT ANN SAYS AND I QUOTE I HAVE BEEN BAKING THIS SINCE 1970 AND ITS MY MOST REQUESTED DESSERT! THIS TRULY IS A FAMILY FAVORITE OF OURS! THE PICTURE IS HER CAKE TAKEN AT EASTER AND I HAVE ALSO INCLUDED A PICTURE OF HER. Read more . ENJOY! Ingredients:
2 stick butter melted |
2 eggs slightly beaten |
2 cups light brown sugar |
2 tsp. vanilla flavor |
2 cups self rising flour |
1-2 cups pecans to your liking |
1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients
2. Place in 9x13 pan or glass dish sprayed with Bakers Joy, Pam, etc.. your choice
3. Top with 1 small bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the oven.
5. Do not over bake. Should be extra moist in the middle like brownies.
6. WHEN YOU BITE INTO IT, IT SHOULD ALMOST LOOK LIKE COOKIE DOUGH.
7. CUT INTO SMALL PIECES (SQUARES)
