Couscous With Mandarins

so. sleeping in (until 6.20am. and i nearly missed the train) but unwilling to miss brekky one morning, i chucked this together and had enough for 3, so woke my parents up and got a lift to the train station as well as being fed. Read more . it was a good morning
Ingredients:
1/2 cup couscous
1/2 cup water
a tsp of grapeseed oil
a dab of margarine
2 mandarins
handful of pinenuts
cinnamon sugar and mint to garnish
Directions:
1. bring the water with the oil in it to the boil,
2. then remove from the heat and stir in the coucous. cover and leave to its own devices for ten minutes while you go get ready for school/work/the day in general
3. separate the coucous with a fork and the marg,
4. then mix in the the pinenuts and the peeled and segmented mandarins
5. dole out into a coupla bowls and sprinkle with un poco cinnamon sugar and garnish w mint leaves
6. hmmm this'd prolly make a really nice dessert, too
