Couscous Flax Seed Porridge

I work in an oatmill and am sick of oat porridge. Couscous is a great change and has a wonderful mouth feel when combined with whole flaxseeds - pops in your mouth.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup couscous
3/4 cup milk (trim or whole)
1 teaspoon raw sugar
2 tablespoons raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons flax seeds
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl. and microwave for 2mins on high. Stir and further cook if required.
