Couscous Beet Carrot Salad

  1. Put the couscous in a bowl
  2. Pour in the boiling water and let sit for 5 min
  3. Gently fluff the couscous with a fork
  4. Fluff in the butter
  5. Gently stir in carrot,beet,walnuts and sultanas
  6. Mix (shake)in a small jar with lid, the balsamic,olive oil and black pepper
  7. Gently mix dressing into salad
  8. Serve
