Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp olive oil (to cut calories, i prefer to use the fat-free spray butter , gives the taste without the fat and ca) or 1 tsp butter (to cut calories, i prefer to use the fat-free spray butter , gives the taste without the fat and ca)
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • salt , to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine chicken broth, olive oil, cajun seasoning, and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to just a boil.
  2. Remove saucepan from heat and add cous cous. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
