Country Ribs With Sauerkraut

Just put it in the oven or a crock pot and let the magic happen! I either serve these with mashed potatoes or you can throw some cubed potatoes and carrots in with it in the last 30 min. of cook time.
Ingredients:
4 country ribs
2 lbs fresh sauerkraut, in the bag
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place country ribs into an oven proof casserole pan, cover and bake for 2-3 hours. This can also be put into a crock pot on low in the morning, by the time you are off work and ready for dinner they will be so tender they just fall apart.
