Ingredients:
3 1/2 pound(s) country ribs
2 bunch(es) collard greens
1 tablespoon(s) arizona seasoning (penzeys)
1 tablespoon(s) granulated garlic
1 tablespoon(s) creole seasoning (t. chacheres)
1 tablespoon(s) smoked paprika
1 teaspoon(s) mesquite seasoning
1 teaspoon(s) salt
2 teaspoon(s) shallot & pepper (penzeys)
Directions:
1. ) Put country ribs in mixing bowl. Mix together all seasoning ingredients and rub into the ribs all over.
2. ) Wash and chop collard greens.
3. ) Put ribs & greens into 6qt slow cooker. If all greens don't fit, divide and put rest in
4. after 1 hour.when 1st. greens have cooked down a little.
5. ) Cook 8 hours turning (mixing) every two hours.
6. ) After cooking, strain liquid to separate fat. Add strained broth back in.
7. ) Serve with rice.
