A quick meal or a nutritious snack! Low in fat, high in taste. You can use any berry you like, I use blueberries since they are loaded with anti-oxidents! Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
1/2 cup blueberries |
1 teaspoon sugar substitute (optional) |
Directions:
1. combind all ingredients in bowl and eat. |
