A light and healthy appetizer. Can be made a day in advance. Easy to bring for a picnic. Ingredients:
10 small firm tomatoes |
pepper |
100 g cottage cheese |
1 tablespoon seafood cocktail sauce |
20 sprigs chervil |
Directions:
1. Cut ends of tomatoes and remove insides. Dust with freshly cracked pepper. 2. Mince chervil. Mix with cottage cheese, cocktail sauce. Stuff tomatoes with the mixture. Keep refrigerated until use. Serve garnished with sprigs of chervil. |
