Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 tablespoon milk or 1 tablespoon sour cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 (7 ounce) can shredded canned tuna or 1 cup minced crabmeat or 1 cup minced shrimp or 1 cup minced clams
Directions:
1. Blend first four incredients until smooth.
2. Fold in seafood.
3. Serve with crackers.
