Cottage Cheese Pancakes

I like to make this dish with ham and cabbage rolls. It's great fried up the next day too.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1 cup water
1 cup cottage cheese
2 tblsp flour
2 eggs
salt and pepper
sourcream
fried onions
dill
Directions:
1. Mix together 4 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup flour and 1 cup water.
2. Blend very well until all lumps are gone.
3. Preheat frying pan with about 1 Tblsp oil.
4. Make about 4 inch crepes with egg mixture.
5. Then mix together 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 Tblsp flour, 2 eggs and salt and pepper.
6. Take 1 crepe and put some of cottage mixture in centre.
7. Roll up and place seam side down in greased 9x9 inch pan.
8. When first layer of crepes is done spread sourceam on the layer.
9. Sprinkle fried onions on top of sourcream and sprinke with dill.
10. Put more crepes on top of first layer and repeat with sourcream, onions and dill.
11. Bake at 350 degree for 30 mins.
