Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
8 egg whites
1 cup of fat free cottage cheese
1 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add wet ingredients.
3. Cook in pan w/ a bit of cooking spray until golden brown.
