WOW! What a long title for such a quick treat! This is great for breatfast, after school snack or late nite munchies.
Ingredients:
2 slices whole grain bread
6 tablespoons cottage cheese, low fat (or less)
honey
cinnamon
Directions:
1. Toast the bread to your liking.
2. Divide cottage cheese to both slices.
3. Drizzle honey over the cheese and then sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Guess what?.
5. YOU ARE DONE! So easy even your little ones can make it. Why - even Dad!
