Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons almond butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice
1 teaspoons skim milk
Directions:
1. Place cottage cheese, almond butter and cinnamon or apple pie spice in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until smooth. If necessary, stir in enough milk to make dip of desired consistency.
