Cottage Cheese - Dill Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, snipped
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 dash garlic powder
Directions:
1. In a food processor bowl or blender container place all ingredients.
2. Cover and process or blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
3. Serve with vegetable dippers.
