A high protein pudding with a «chocolate-cheesecake» taste ! I modify this recipe by changing the cocoa by a teaspoon of hot chocolate preparation (Nestle Carnation Hot Chocolate Light) and it makes it less bitter.
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese (1%)
2 tablespoons milk (skim milk)
1 teaspoon cocoa (dry)
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Mix until it has a pudding texture.
3. Enjoy.
