I haven't tried these but seem interesting!
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup rolled oats
1 (1 1/4 ounce) onion soup mix
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Form into patties and fry for 3min on both sides.
