This is a healthy breakfast, or whatever meal you like. Really yummy.
Ingredients:
2 slices vogals bread (i use rye bread)
2 tablespoons cottage cheese
4 slices tomatoes (more or less)
pepper (optional)
Directions:
1. Toast the bread.
2. Spread with cottage cheese.
3. Top with tomato.
4. Sprinkle with pepper if you want.
5. Enjoy.
