Corn Bread with canned corn
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tbs. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/4 cup olive oil
11 ounces canned corn
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients then moist ingredients.
2. Bake 1/2 hr in greased iron skillet, 375 degrees.
