Ingredients:
2 cups cornmeal
2 cups milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine cornmeal and milk in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in eggs and salt
2. Drop mixture by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn patty cakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges are browned. Serve hot.
