Ingredients:
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
2 egg whites
6 tablespoons milk
cooking spray
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, sour cream, egg and egg whites. Stir in milk.
3. Pour into dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
4. Coat a nonstick griddle with cooking spray. Drop batter 2 tablespoons at a time onto griddle.
5. Cook, turning once until golden on both sides, 3-4 minutes.
