Cornmeal Coating Potatoes

This is one of my mom's recipes. We also fry them in a skillet, sometimes, when we have more time. This is tasty and easy.
Ingredients:
8 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1 egg, beatened
1/2 cup milk
cornmeal
1/2 cup melted margarine
pepper to taste
season salt to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350F.
2. Wash potatoes and drain off water.
3. Beat egg and add milk.
4. Dip potatoes in egg mixture and roll in cormeal.
5. Place in baking dish.
6. Sprinkle pepper and season salt over potatoes.
7. Put pats of margarine on top.
8. Cover and Cook for 90 minutes.
