Ingredients:
3 pounds cooked and cooled corned beef brisket |
3 cups potatoes, boiled and diced |
1 cup diced onion |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Dice the corned beef brisket into small portions using either a knife or food processor. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, meat, onion, salt, and pepper together, and then place mixture in a roasting pan. Bake for 30 minutes until brown. 3.
