This is literally corn bread. Moist and delicious.I got this recipe from Mrs. Capshaw at church. I changed the name to protect the innocent. :o)
Ingredients:
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°
2. Mix all ingredients well and pour into corn stick shaped pan or muffin pan.
3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
