Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups cornmeal
3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Mix together corn meal, flour, baking powder, sour cream, milk, eggs, salt and melted butter. Bake in a greased large loaf pan for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and when a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
