This is a simple, healthy and very tasty cornbread. It goes very well with any beans soup.
Ingredients:
13 1/2 ounces water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons dry milk
1 cup corn, thawed and drained
3 cups bread flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in order listed into the breadmaker. Set the breadmaker to basic/white bread cycle.
