Ingredients:
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs, beaten
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
4 ounces shredded swiss cheese or 4 ounces cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and spoon into a greased casserole dish.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
4. Bake an additional 10 minutes more.
