Ingredients:
1 cup green onion, sliced
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 cups corn, cooked
5 cups chicken broth
1 cup half-and-half
Directions:
1. Saute onion and pepper in butter until tender.
2. Blend corn with 1 cup broth; puree.
3. In saucepan, stir corn puree and 4 cups broth together.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Simmer 15 minutes.
6. Stir in 1/2 & 1/2 and bring to a boil.
7. Serve immediately.
