Chunky, southwest salsa
Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas, drained
2 (15 ounce) cans white shoe string corn, drained
2 jalapeno chiles, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2/3 cup wishbone robust italian dressing
2/3 cup zesty french dressing
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
