This crisp sweet raw food salad/relish is nice to keep in the fridge to nibble on on hot days. This combo is good but whatever you have or like will work
Ingredients:
3 ears sweet corn
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 small red onion, chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
1. Mix well and chill for 4 hours.
