Ingredients:
3 can(s) white shoepeg corn
1 jar(s) pimiento drained
1/2 cup(s) green pepper chopped
1/2 cup(s) onion chopped
2 stalk(s) celery chopped
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
1/2 cup(s) vinegar
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
Directions:
1. Combine vegetables, tossing lightly, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in seperate bowl, mix well. Pour over vegetables and toss lightly. Cover and chill overnight. Drain well before sercing.
