Ingredients:
2 cans shoe peg corn, drained
2 green onions, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
black pepper, to taste
1/2 to 1 cup mayonaise
2 tomatoes, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine corn, green onions, bell pepper, celery, black pepper and enough manaise to hold the salad together.
2. Just before serving, add chopped tomatoes.
