Just 5 ingredients, AWESOME! Got this recipe from a woman at work after a pitch in, SOOO good and EASY!!!
Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, uncooked and drained
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 (16 ounce) bag chili cheese corn chips, crushed
Directions:
1. Just mix first four ingredients together.
2. Chill.
3. When ready to serve add bag of crushed chips to top.
4. Enjoy.
5. Note* Feel free to add anything else that floats your boat: Tomatoes, Black Olives, Green Onions, Shredded Cheddar etc - .
