This is a cold side dish that is great with BBQ's or just for something different. This is easily cut in half or doubled. Cooking time in chill time.
Ingredients:
2 (12 ounce) cans kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup cucumber, unpeeled and diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
Directions:
1. Combine vegetables.
2. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to vegetables and toss to coat.
3. Refrigerate for a few hours.
