Ingredients:
2 cups frozen corn, thawed
3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Mix vegetables in large bowl.
2. Mix dressing ingredients in blender.
3. Pour over vegetables; chill.
