Ingredients:
1 cup fresh corn kernels (about 2 large ears)
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons minced seeded jalapeƱo pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Drop corn kernels into a large saucepan of boiling water, and cook 1 minute; drain. Combine corn and remaining ingredients in a bowl; toss well.
