An old fashioned favorite
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh corn, cut from the cob
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted
5 1/2 cups milk
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients.
2. Pour into greased pudding dish and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm.
